This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by Limited Liability Company "URAL CAR RENTAL" (INN/KPP 2540160475 / 254301001; OGRN 1102540001431), acting as the personal-data Operator.

Where the words "we", "us" and similar are used in this Policy, they refer to the Operator — LLC "URAL CAR RENTAL". In this Policy we address you as Users of our Website.

This document sets out our principles and rules for processing the personal data of Website Users. Please read this Policy before you start using the Website or submit any data through our feedback forms.

What we do not verify

We cannot verify and therefore trust you that:

• you have full legal capacity;
• you have provided your own accurate personal data;
• you speak Russian or English well enough to read this Policy;
• you are legally entitled to drive vehicles under the laws of the Russian Federation.

How we process data

We process personal data by automated means. Our operations with data:

How we protect data

We protect personal data from disclosure, full or partial loss, and unauthorised access by third parties. To do this we apply all necessary technical and organisational measures.

If a personal-data breach occurs, we:

• notify Roskomnadzor within 24 hours;
• carry out our own investigation within 72 hours and notify Roskomnadzor of the results.

General provisions

The Operator has adopted this Policy to:

• protect Users' rights and freedoms when their personal data is processed;
• strictly comply with the personal-data requirements of Russian law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

Purposes of processing

• Entering into, performing and terminating contracts — vehicle rental, booking, deposit.
• Marketing communications — with the User's consent.
• Responses to enquiries — handling requests via the website, email and phone.
• Processing payments — payment handling and disputes.
• Improving the website — collection of analytics.
• Service operability — security, fraud prevention.

Categories of personal data processed

The personal data is not biometric and does not fall into special categories.

List of data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic
• Email addresses
• Contact phone numbers
• Payment method and payment information (when making a payment)
• Analytics data (cookies)

For statistics and website analytics we use Yandex.Metrica (LLC Yandex, 119021, Gorno-Altaysk, Lva Tolstogo St. 16). Information is transmitted to and stored on Yandex servers.

Personal data processing

Collection. The Operator collects data via website forms, communication channels (phone, email, chats) and automatically via cookies.

Storage. Data is stored on secure electronic media on servers located in the Russian Federation, from the moment of consent until it is withdrawn.

Access. The Operator shares data only with authorised employees. Transfer to third parties takes place only with written consent, except as required by law.

Updating and destruction

The Operator updates data when its inaccuracy is confirmed.

Destruction of personal data:

• upon a security threat to the Service;
• upon expiry of the retention period;
• upon achievement of the processing purposes;
• upon the User's request.
