Yes. Travel throughout the Altai Republic is included in the standard rental terms with no restrictions. Trips to neighboring regions must be agreed in advance with a manager and included as a separate clause in the contract.

The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). Discounted rates are available for long-term rentals starting from 7 days and from 1 month. If you plan to stay in Gorno-Altaysk for an extended period, ask our manager about long-term options to get a better rate.

Yes, a security deposit is required when picking up the vehicle. The amount depends on the car class. The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in proper condition without damage.

All vehicles are insured under OSAGO and CASCO policies. You can choose the insurance option when renting a car via the configurator or agree on it with our contact center when booking by phone.

You can book a car directly on our website, or contact us by phone or message — we will gladly assist you. During the summer season (June–September), demand is high, so we recommend booking a few days in advance.

Yes, long-term car rental is one of our key services. We work with both individuals and companies. Terms are discussed individually depending on the vehicle class and rental duration.

Cars are delivered clean with a full tank. Please return in the same condition, or pay for washing and refueling.

Most of our cars use AI-95 petrol, with some exceptions requiring diesel fuel.

We will promptly replace the vehicle with an equivalent one at no charge.

No hidden fees. Airport delivery, winter tires, and driver kit are all included.

Child seats and boosters are available for an additional fee. Please book in advance.
